Job Description
- Help in formulating and administering company policies, directing and coordinating all divisional department activities to develop and implement long-range goals and objectives to meet business and profitability growth objectives.
- Oversee daily operations of the company.
- Reviews operations and plans to meet requirements for sales planning and to ascertain outsourcing requirements to develop new markets.
- Coordinate the development of key performance goals for functions and direct reports.
- Provide direct management of key functional managers and executives in the company.
- Contributes to team and company effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.
- Help in planning, review and approval in preparation of accounting analysis for budgetary planning and implementation, production efficiency, financial reporting, budgetary planning and submittal for capital expenditures.
Job Requirements
- Have Experience, Skills and Knowledge in Performance Management, Staffing, Management Proficiency, Coordination, Coaching, Developing Standards, Financial Planning and Strategy, Process Improvement, Decision Making, Strategic Planning, Quality Management
- Have a Degree
- Minimum of 5 years working experience
- Be Willing To Travel When Needed
- Have Own Transport
- Comfortable Working In a Startup
