About The Job

A supervisor mainly are responsible for monitoring external gig workers, on-ground recce and reporting. Among the key roles are:

Accomplishes objectives by supervising and monitoring external gig workers.
Assist in sourcing and training of gig workers
Travel to on-ground locations to ensure performance and discipline among gig workers
Completes operations by developing work schedules, assigning locations to external gig workers, monitoring on-ground activities and providing field reports.
Monitor worker’s productivity and provide constructive feedback and coaching
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing relates results as needed
Prepare and submit various reports

Job Requirements

Previous experience in managing people
Possess own transport
Excellent communication skills - English and Malay ( any other spoken language is an advantage)
Able to work under pressure and weekends if needed
Reliable with high integrity and strong work ethic
Ability to keep a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment
