Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible in handling customer queries via various channels including Live Chat, WhatsApp, phone call, social media and other company communication in Chinese, and English language
• Matured and smart problem solver mindset, able to make quick decisive decision and handle stress well when there’s complaint.
• Work closely with our team to ensure our virtual/live event operations run smoothly 
• Resolve training enquiries and clarifying to customer on the contents     
• Build a strong sustainable relationship of trust with our prospects/customers through open and interactive communication
• In charge of all office admins work, to ensure smooth office operation.
• To perform data entry and documents filing.
• Maintaining a clean and enjoyable working environment

Job Requirements

Job Requirement:

• Proficient in English and Mandarin is a must as this job requires you to be fluent in written and oral communication with our customers
• May need to work on Sat & Sun for company events.
• Familiar with basic computer systems and software operations.
• Pleasant personality, able to communicate with people at all levels, interpersonal skills, can multitask & quick thinker
• Ability to work independently with minimum supervision, highly motivated to learn and have strong self-discipline
• Good attitude and willing to learn
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply as training is provided
