Job Description

• You will be working in a fast paced environment where you will be required to consistently solve problems with very minimal supervision. 
• Expect to do your own research and be faced with tons of inventory discrepancies which you need to solve. 
• Do not expect to be spoon fed. 
• You will need to come up with new work flows, fix existing flawed work flows and come up with new SOP to ease operations & stock control. 
• Organise, optimise and keep inventory in order at all times. 
• Monitor & clear ageing inventory as well as automate any manual processes to create more efficiencies in eCommerce order processing. 
• Discuss issues, solve problems and come up with effective solution for overall business efficiency. 
• We are a small SME and not an MNC. 
• Expect a fairly unstructured working environment where you will be expected to multitask and work within very tight datelines with minimal resources. 
• What you can expect here is that you will learn far greater than what any other MNC can offer you. 
• You will be able to think out of the box & develop survival instincts.

Job Requirements

• Experience is a bonus but candidate need not need to poses experience in the relevant field. Fresh graduates are still encouraged to apply.
• Minimal academic qualification is a Degree. ( Any Field )
• Candidate must be proficient in excel and Microsoft office tools.
• We liaise with China companies so mandarin speaking candidates would be highly considered! 
• Able & willing to work in warehouse environment.
• You will be required to work on weekends and public holidays during peak shopping seasons like Raya, Chinese New Year & Christmas.
