Job Description

• Processing of daily online orders and ensure customer orders are fulfilled in a timely, precise manner and properly recorded. 
•  Prepare, process and sort products to be delivered to our retail outlets and other fulfillment centers. 
• Efficiently pick customers’ orders to ensure that the correct number of units and type of product is picked for the purpose of order processing. 
• Observe quality control for completed personalized orders to ensure maintenance of the highest quality standards uphold by the Company. 
• Work closely with retail outlets and warehouse team to ensure smooth operation of online store, including order fulfillment and logistics arrangements. 
• Coordinate with courier shipping and follow ups. 
• Liaise with relevant internal parties to manage and resolve all issues related to order fulfillment. 
• Work on relevant tasks assigned by management from time to time. 
• Any other task assigned as and when required. 

Job Requirements

• Highly Organized 
• Excellent prioritization skills and detail oriented 
• Communicative: Excellent interpersonal skills, with strong written/verbal communication skills. Proficiency in English & Bahasa Malaysia is mandatory.
• Technologically Savvy: Able to leverage computer software to more effectively complete assigned tasks. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office is mandatory.
• Candidates who have strong analytical and problem solving skills will be prioritized as you will be expected to think on your feet and solve issues as they come along independently with minimal supervision. 
• Driven: Takes personal pride in work quality and individual growth
