You will be responsible to help our customers solve issues with their purchases, complaints, product exchanges & refunds to ensure all our customers get only the best shopping experience with us.

Experience with customer service is a plus. Ability to converse both verbally and in writing in English & Bahasa Malaysia is a must. Mandarin is a bonus but not compulsory. Most importantly we want someone genuinely passionate about helping our customers solve their problems and maintain high service standards expected of us. We will require you to respond to all customer inquiries & complains via email, phone calls and social media.

Job Description:-
1) Handling all inbound calls and emails pertaining to customer inquiries, feedback and other raising issues related to the company service.
2) Be the first line of contact with social media commenters to provide basic replies pertaining  to products, pricing, promotions and other inquiries.
3) Identify and propose new creative ways to utilize social media to strengthen marketing, sales and customer engagements.
4) Assistance in other projects and assignments as required from time to time.
5) Assistance in order fulfillment in the warehouse when in shortage of manpower.
