Job Description
- Provide administrative support to superior, undertaking clerical task such as entry, filing, making phone calls, handling mail and basic bookkeeping.
- Working with spreadsheets, sales and driver commission.
- Preparing monthly statement .
- Calculating and checking to make sure patments, amounts and records are correct.
- Sorting out incoming and outgoing daily post and answering any queries.
- Chasing debt.
Job Requirements
- Candidates must have at least Diploma certificate or equivalent.
- Preferred with 1 ~ 2 years working experience in related field.
- Required languages : Fluent in speaking and writing in English, Chinese and Malay.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Excel, Word and Power point.
- Positive Attitude.
