Job Description

• Report to Project Director and Project Manager on all project matters.
• Responsible for overall contract administration, preparation of contract, project estimate and tender, monitoring and control of construction cost, negotiation with sub-contractors and other relevant duties
• Preparation of project tender costing, budget, and estimates including Bills of Quantities
• To prepare quotation, Tax invoice, progress claim (interim payment), contractor’s payments evaluations and documents preparation and submission of samples to Clients to perform building material estimation for each project.
• Preparation and submission of valuations and final accounts
• Ensure cash flow projections are inline with company requirements.
• To attend progress meeting on site
• Responsible to prepare / evaluate / assess claims and variations
• To interpret contract and tender documents
• Liaise with all level of management / contractors
• Able to coordinate materials & equipment delivery schedule

Job Requirements

• Diploma in Quantity Surveying or equivalent.
• Knowledge of MS Word and Excel is required.
• Must have initiative and able to work independently.
• Honesty and integrity.
• Minimum Education Required : Diploma, Advances / Higher / Graduate Diploma, Quantity Survey or equivalent
• Required Skill(s): MS Excel, MS Word, AutoCad
• Language Skill Required : English
• Applicants must be willing to work in aggressive environment
• Experience Level : 2 years and above
