Job Description
Responsibilities :
-Prepare, schedule, coordinate and monitor the assigned site projects to ensure all daily operation at construction site run smoothly.
-Work closely with Interior Designer on design, specification, and contract execution.
-Assume responsibility of running site projects, looking for solutions to problems and thinking of innovative ways to keep a project running and complete on time.
-Ensure high quality of work done according to drawing and specifications.
-To attend the site meeting if needed.
-Able to read and understand drawings
-Prepare project status reports by collecting, analysing, and summarising information and trends, recommending actions.
-To monitor sub-contractors' work in site-work sequence, method of construction, and quality control
-Ensure safety and health requirements are complied

Job Requirements
-Candidate must possess at least Diploma/or equivalent (Those without qualification but with relevant working experience are encourage to apply)
-Experience 3 years or above in managing projects, with a proven interior design projects track record of delivery
-Strong communication and interpersonal skills
-Able to lead and make correct decisions
-Excellent time management and organization skills
-Good project management and supervision skills
-Interior designer background is a plus
-Possess own transport, willing to travel to site and relocate
-Required language(s) : competent in written & spoken in English, Mandarin & Bahasa Malaysia
-Microsoft Words, Excel, Office & Projects, CAD
-Experience 3 years or above in managing projects, with a proven interior design projects track record of delivery
