Job Description
- Assist Doctor in handling patient's flow
- Managing patient's needs and care within the clinic
- Managing Patient treatment schedule
- Educating potential patients on our services and packages
- Assist in clinic administration duties and handle front desk duties
Job Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least a SPM, STPM, Higher Secondary or a Professional Certificate
- Entry levels are encouraged to apply
- Mandarin speaking candidates as you need to liaise with mostly mandarin speaking customers.
- Possess good interpersonal communication skills and basic computer skills
- Passionate about customer service and interested in health care and wellness
- Applicants must be willing to work in Bangsar, KL East Mall, Mont Kiara, Centrepoint Bandar Utama, AEON Mall Shah Alam, Desa Park City, Velocity Mall, IOI Mall and Setia City Mall.
- This position will be subjected to a retail shift schedule (including weekends).
