Job Description

• Interact with clients, owners and suppliers to promote our Catering Services. 
• Proactively source for new business leads and maintain current clientele 
• Establishing new sales opportunities via cold call and organising sales visits 
• Develop and deliver sales presentation to potential clients 
• Assist clients in professional event planning, packaging and menu selection 
• Handle client request, enquiries and follow up and collection of payment of all catering sales 
• Develop and deliver sales presentation to potential clients 
• Work closely with the Operation and the Kitchen teams to ensure the clients’ needs are met and to follow up with the client 
• Ensure Sustainable sales growth of achieving monthly & annual sales target. 

Job Requirements

• Diploma/ Degree in Hotel Management/Marketing or Food Beverage related 
• At least 2 to 4 years sales experience in F&B field. 
• Excellent in Sales Capacities 
• Good interpersonal and communication skills 
• Fluent in English, Bahasa Malaysia & Mandarin 
• Committed, meticulous, independent with ability to multi-task and work under pressure 
• Possess own transport.
