About The Job

  • Developing & optimizing acquisition campaigns on digital channels including Search, Display, Mobile, and Social Media. 
  • Develop effective people connections and coordinate work with the internal team, external partners including agencies, media companies such as Google, Facebook and affiliate partners
  • Identifying replicable marketing strategies, tactics and channels that address business pain points and convey product benefits to drive new customer acquisition – with an implement, test, and measure mindset. 
  • Coordinate regular deep dives into the acquisition performance, build report models and analyst the performance of advertising campaigns. 
  • Analyze & audit past campaign data to spot correlations or trends and set future benchmarks and best practices
  • Liaise with client on campaign performances, deliverables & recommendations
  • Ensure meaningful Performance Marketing insights and reporting
  • Managing and optimizing ads on Google and Facebook, while concurrently owning day to-day optimization of campaigns
  • Proactively propose best practices and/or methods to deliver better results for the clients
  • Onboard new affiliates direct and through channels. Walk them through the process of getting started. Answer any questions they have about our product, program or membership tiers process
  • Analyze and track profitability of affiliate campaigns and tweak to achieve better efficiency
  • Work closely with other digital marketing/campaigns members to ensure that media is aligned to business objectives
  • E-Commerce proposition creation – including key player product & proposition analyst, proposition creation for each online channel or e-retailer in advance
  • Be aware of competitor's online channel activities, account history, emerging trends and understand how to create and capitalize on opportunities.

Job Requirements

  • 3+ years of marketing experience in a digital / e-commerce / New Trend Internet Technology environment.
  • Excellent proficiency in the English & Chinese Mandarin language with a keen eye for grammatical errors and typos
  • Ability to write direct-response advertising copy for Facebook & Google. 
  1. Direct experience with: Facebook advertising | Google Tag Manager 
  2. Google Analytics | Google Display Network | Google Analytics | Google AdWords 
  3. Acquisition Funnels
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Able to meet deadlines, work under pressure and handle a busy workload
  • Addicted to growth & perpetual learning
