Job Description
- Manage e-commerce platform
- Manage online store on day-to-day basis (SKU edition, price changes, sales order synchronization)
- Process sales order in timely manner.
- Respond to online enquiries and feedback within agreed timeline
- Ensure sales target achievement
- Manage Inventory (ensure stock balancing online and offline channel)
Job Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least SPM.
- Required language(s) : English, BM and Mandarin.
- Required Skill (s) : Customer Service, E-commerce solution
- Posses positive attitude, customer first mindset, people oriented, reliable.
