Job Description

• Develop comprehensive digital strategy in social media marketing, SEO & SEM project.
• Conduct digital content planning and creation.
• Monitor & evaluate implemented digital strategy and important metrics.
• Familiar with Google Analytics (GA), Google Search Console, and Facebook Campaign Reporting, to identify new opportunities in improving searches and results.
• Interact with internal and external stakeholders to evaluate, implement, and optimize digital plan.
• Provide insightful information & plan for digital marketing projects to stakeholders.
• Liaise closely with Business Development team on digital marketing project progress.
• Extensive knowledge in detailed audience targeting on digital ads.
• Responsible for digital team management.

Job Requirements

1. Min. 4 years in digital marketing content & operation experience.
2. Agency experience preferred.
3. Digital strategy planning and reporting experience required.
4. Fluency with MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).
5. Demonstrates initiative; anticipates needs of business and responds accordingly.
6. Decent planning and problem-solving skills.
7. Excellent prioritization skills-able to work on multiple projects.
8. Understanding of rich media, dynamic creative, mobile and video ads units.
9. Must be outgoing, proactive and work well under pressure.
10. Familiarity with digital marketing concepts, measurement and analysis.
11. Google Analytics, Facebook Business Manager and Ads manager experience required.
12. People management skill.
