Job Description
Responsibilities
- Provide support on month-end and year-end closing, and complete monthly close procedures.
- Responsible for processing supplier’s invoices and payment.
- To create payment voucher based on supporting document in accounting system.
- To verify payment request from operation and issue payment (cheque and cash).
- To update Cash Payment Worksheet in daily basis.
- To update daily cheque tracking listing and follow up on outstanding cheque issued to operation.
- To finalize and update status for master cheque listing.
- To transact e-Auto and JPJ expenses in accounting system.
- To transact trade commission in accounting system.
- To transact repair cost (based on complaint forms) in accounting system.
- To assist in year-end audit and tax queries.
- To perform other accounting / finance related duties or tasks as assigned from time to time.
Job Requirements
Required skills / education
1. Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Finance.
2. Fresh graduate is encouraged to apply.
3. Good interpersonal and communication skills, both written and oral.
4. Basic degree of computer literacy, proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.
