Job Description
1. Responsible for tracking the team's daily progress, preparing daily report and scheduling
2. Ensure that all kits and samples are sent to the lab and reported (must be signed off) in a timely and safe manner
3. Ensure the team and the center follows strict health guidelines at all times (wearing PPE, following SOPs, doffing and donning)
4. Manage the cleanliness of the area, regularly arrange for the proper and safe collection and disposal of hazardous materials
5. Manage the duty roster and deployment of the outcall team
6. Manage relationship with client, KKM and other relevant authorities and contact management if there are any issues
8. Ensure that all reports (especially positive cases) are properly and timely reported to the relevant authorities (KKM and SIMKA)

Job Requirements
1. Candidate must possess at least a Higher Secondary qualifications.
2. Have at least three (3) years of team leader / supervisor experience
3. Needs to be a team player and leader with good communication and interpersonal skills
3. Must posses computer literacy skills, familiar with basic Microsoft Office
4. Must possess good English and Malay language skills
5. Must possess good time management skills and able to work well under pressure in fast-paced environments
