Job Description

1. Coordinate and liaise with Lead Designer in preparing design drawings using CAD software.
2. Execute Lead Designer’s instructions and keep her and /or upper management informed of progress.
3. Visit job sites to take photographs, measurements and other relevant information.
4. Supervise project activities and coordinate with contractors/vendors to ensure quality and timely delivery.
5. Specify custom fixtures, furnishings and equipment in design plans.
6. Order materials and arrange delivery to the project sites in a timely manner.
7. Receive deliveries on site and assist in their placement and installation to plan.
8. Prepare and maintain project schedules and programs.
9. Maintain documentations for renovations and design.

Job Requirements

1. Proficient in AutoCAD, Sketchup, Microsoft Office & Adobe Photoshop
2. Knowledgeable about interior design
3. Ability to source materials, furnishings, fabrics, fixtures, and finishes
4. Ability to coordinate and oversee installations
5. Good communicator, able to deal firmly and fairly with contractors, consultants and clients
6. Ability to develop presentations and work with budgets
7. Ability to multitask and organize work
