Our CARE Pros (nurses, caregivers & therapists) are certified and trained with our proprietary technology to assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), to provide specialised care for cancer, stroke recovery, post-hospitalisation, Dementia, Alzheimer's, and to perform medical procedures & therapies.

Responsibility
- To answer all calls and queries from the customers and to be able to respond in a timely manner
- To attract potential customers by answering product and service questions; suggesting information about other products and services.
- Complaint Management - determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution.

- You MUST love elderly people.
- You display a spirit of excellence.
- We CAN trust you with our own elderly parents.
- Good command of English and Bahasa Malay (Mandarin would be an advantage), and writing skills, able to relate to our clients needs
- Have a great attitude, willing to learn and expand your knowledge and to have a growth mentality.
