About The Job

  • To develop a holistic digital marketing approach with initiatives including website, social media, SEM, SEO and CRM to build brand awareness, improve customers’ digital experience, drive traffic and conversion.
  • To be responsible for infrastructure design of website & mobile web landing pages, integration with CRM
  • To supervise appointed digital platforms maintenance agencies across technical & infrastructure management, SEM & forum seeding
  • To monitor digital media agencies’ work and keep track Key Performance Indicators (include but not limit to website bounce rate, users’ dwell time, conversion etc) at all fronts
  • To identify new trends in digital marketing, evaluate new technologies and ensure the brand is at the forefront of industry developments, particularly developments in mobile marketing;
  • To manage social media agencies & interaction monitoring
  • To oversees marketing analytics & data integration design / solutions (if any)
  • To create messaging framework, content roadmap, and content schedule and interactive content in simplified Mandarin and English for internal & external online communications (include website, social media, print, video storyboard)
  • To be responsible for SEO, owns keyword map
  • To identify new opportunities for optimization testing and growth across performance channels
  • To analyze and optimize advertising campaigns and marketing programs and make strategic recommendations.
  • To optimize spend and performance based on data and insights.
  • To automate marketing processes.
  • To explore and suggest new ways or channels to generate number of inquiries and digital sales leads.
  • To manage contents for any corporate/brand marketing projects assigned by Marketing Director

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Master's Degree
  • Proven track record in digital marketing experience
