Job Description

1. To manage the outpatient clinic including scheduling outpatient appointments and ensuring the smooth running of the clinic to the satisfaction of the patients and doctor.
2. To communicate effectively with patients, doctors and staff. This is about patient care, before and after a hospital visit.
3. To facilitate patient enquiries relating to their appointments, admission and billing procedures.
4. To assist and chaperone patients during clinic sessions for their related treatments within the hospital.
5. To support and work closely with other team members of the Outpatient Unit whenever necessary.
6. To support the Customer Service Management team towards improving the customer experience and customer loyalty.
7. To assist the doctor in organizing meeting as required.
8. To assist the doctor in drafting letters and reports.
9. To assist the doctor in professional and academic activities.

Job Requirements

1. The candidate must have SPM or any equivalent qualification.
2. At least 6 months of working experience.
3. Must be patient-oriented with good interpersonal skills.
4. Must be able to communicate in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin (preferred).
