Job Description

• Work with the Core Team to set and implement CapitalBay’s issuer and investor acquisition strategy
• Set monthly, quarterly and annual targets and project roadmaps
• Manage all client acquisition activities for our platform business
• Create, manage and optimize local marketing campaigns through all performance channels
• Build out lead generation campaigns including direct customer outreach and advertising
• Help refine our product positioning and messaging
• Manage external agencies, vendors and partners
• Develop our conference approach and manage conference sponsorships
• Develop customer events and briefings to help close prospects
• Perform data analysis and provide thought leadership based on consumers insights
• Ensure that all campaigns are optimised for correct target audiences
• Ensure spend on campaigns are within budget

Job Requirements

• 2-7 years of service experience in digital marketing space
• Proven experience in growing a user base
• Knowledge and use of current advertising tools and channels
• Good understanding of internet advertising technologies and marketing channel attribution models
• Hands-on execution experience in managing digital campaigns on platforms such as Google & Facebook
• Creativity and able to develop unique and but practical marketing ideas
• Track record of developing and managing multi-channel marketing campaigns
• A self-starter and have a strong can-do attitude
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills 
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask
