Job Description

  • Develops negotiating strategies and positions by studying integration of new venture with company strategies and operations; examining risks and potentials; estimating partners' needs and goals
  • Screens potential business deals by analyzing market strategies, deal requirements, potential, and financials; evaluating options; resolving internal priorities
  • Locates or proposes potential business deals by contacting potential partners; discovering and exploring opportunities
  • Closes new business deals by coordinating requirements; developing and negotiating contracts; integrating contract requirements with business operations
  • Protects organization's value by keeping information confidential
  • Identifies trendsetter ideas by researching industry and related events, publications, and announcements; tracking individual contributors and their accomplishments
  • Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations
  • Enhances organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments


Job Requirements

  • At least 1 year professional experience require
  • Previous experience in business development, legal, consulting, investment banking and corporate finance preferred
  • Fluent in English – additional languages a plus 
  • You are proficient in creating and presenting PowerPoint presentations
  • You’re credible and confident and feel comfortable while providing an engaging presentation
  • You have a strong business acumen and understanding of organizational issues and challenges
  • You have exceptional communication skills: written, verbal, and active listening
  • You’re personable and able to develop and maintain strong relationships
  • You’re influential and know how to drive meaningful change at all levels of an organization
  • You’re intellectually curious, ask questions and connect things meaningfully
  • You’re a problem solver, strategist, and critical thinker
  • You’re organized and detail-driven, but master the big picture
  • You’re flexible, embrace change and thrive in a fast-moving environment
  • You’re calm and cool under pressure and can handle escalations in front of the stakeholders
