Job Description

  • We are servicing Customers from Taiwan
  • Mandarin Speaking Skills is a need to interact with Customers from Taiwan
  • Provide services information, attend to customers' inquiries and complaints, through Telephone and e-mail.
  • Ensure appropriate booking changes to resolve the customer's problem.
  • Keep the customer's interaction or transaction's records, including details of inquiries, complaints or comments, and actions are taken.
  • Liaise with attractions/service operators
  • Review policy terms to determine whether to handle compliance.
  • Strengthen and improve the current process.
  • To ensure service is satisfactory to customers.
  • Follow the company's processes and procedures.


Job Requirements

  • Minimum Education: SPM / "O" Level & higher 
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
  • Must able to speak in English + Mandarin/Cantonese
  • Proficient in English (both verbal and written) is mandatory
  • Good communications and interpersonal skills
  • 1 year experience in sales/retail operations/customer service/ chat online is an added advantage
