Job Description:

Inventory record management

Checking Inventory costing and posting to Accounting System
Monitoring Inventory Movement journal
Involve and assist in Stock take exercise
Generate Inventory Report

Maintain Rental Assets Listing
Monthly/Quarterly schedules

Prepare monthly schedules
PL/BS Items for reporting purposes

Company Tax Return

Assist Superior in preparing tax analysis and supporting

Monthly/Quarterly Report preparation

Internal PL by Business Units and by Branch
Quarterly reporting pack
Generate inventory report
Statistic Reports
submitted to Banks

Others

Attend to external & internal auditors
Update SOP
Attend to ad hoc requests from Management and regional office
SOX requirement

Job Requirements

Requirements:

Candidate must possess at least a degree in accounting or equivalent accounting qualifications i.e. part ACCA, or graduates in accounting related field;
At least 2-3 years experience in handling similar accounting related functions
Possess intermediate working knowledge in using Microsoft Excel and accounting software;
Preferably Executives specializing in Finance & Accounting - General/Cost Accounting or equivalent.
