Business Solution Consultant (Pre Sales)

Job Description

Provide pre –sales system support to sales department to ensure optimum system configuration between Canon’s products and client’s system.
Ensure benefits of Canon products are clearly communicated and proven to customer and are successfully implemented upon conclusion of solution sales.
Test and evaluate new products/feature (hardware and software) to ensure compatibility and functionality
Collaborate with sales & marketing department to gather market information to establish the terms & conditions and service charges of new products inclusive formulation of service policies.
Identify training syllabus and implement training for all sales staff and branch system engineers.
Evaluation and comparison of software solutions.

Degree in Computing / Computer Science / Computer Engineering or its equivalent.
Basic knowledge on MS SQL, Windows Active Directory, XML, Network Protocol & Connectivity.
MCP or MCSE Certification will be an advantage.
Knowledge on Cloud Solutions such as MS Azure, Office 365, Google Drive, OneDrive, SharePoint will be an added advantage.
Minimum 3 years experience preferably in pre-sales support or consultancy support.
A Team player with strong analytical and communication skill.
Independent, Customer Focus and good at presentations.
Experience in Project Management will be an added advantage.
Possess own transport and willing to travel.
