This role heads the Human Resources and General Affairs Division based in the HQ office.. You will report directly to the President & CEO of the Company with matrix reporting to the Singapore Office. Your team of 12 members comprises of the Human Resources Management Team, the Learning & Development Team, and the General Affairs team in providing Human Resources and General Affairs support to the various internal customers within Malaysia.

 

Duties: 

You shall be responsible for the formulation and alignment of Human Resources (HR) Strategies/Policies with regional HR strategies and local company strategies. You will inculcate an environment that encourages continuous learning to further develop and enhance the organization’s Human Capital. Perform the advisory role on management and business units on HR best practices and implement and improve on HR practices and procedures to meet & support business objectives and strategies. Leading and guiding the HR team members to be independent business partners to value add in Human Resources matters, this role encompasses the management all HR initiatives and overall HR Operations pertaining to recruitment and selection, learning and development, performance management, compensation and benefits, rewards and recognition, career development, succession planning, employee discipline and employee welfare. This role shall also be responsible for the overall direction and control of General Affairs, Quality, Environment, Health and Safety, procurement matters and Management Systems in the Organization.
