• Liaises with manufacture/ logistic company/ delivery vendors about delivery schedule, forecast update (from time to time being)
• Coordinate with sales team by managing schedules, filing important documents and communicating relevant information
• Ensure the adequacy of sales-related equipment or material
• Store and sort financial and non-financial data in electronic form and present reports
• Handle the processing of all orders with accuracy and timeliness
• Inform sales team/ purchasing team of unforeseen delays or problems
• Monitor the team’s progress, identify shortcomings and propose improvements
• Assist in logistic arrangement with vendor & manufacture
• Ensure adherence to laws and policies

• Primary Language: Mandarin (Required to Liaise with China HQ)
• Required spoken and written language(s): Mandarin, English, Bahasa Malaysia
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. 
• Good knowledge of vendor sourcing practices (researching, evaluating and liaising with vendors)
• Solid analytical skills, with the ability to create financial reports and conduct cost analyses
• Negotiation skills
• Well-organized and responsible with an aptitude in problem-solving
• BSc/BA in Business Administration or relevant field
• MS Excel (intermediate level and above).
