The ecosystem of Integrated Cloud Solution ("ICS") consists of Accounting, Payroll, E-Commerce, Inventory etc. Each of the Cloud Software plays an important role in business operation. However, Malaysia SMEs are now lack of education about this piece of awareness and knowledge. we must understand well about them before we give our best Cloud Solution to our clients.
The ecosystem of Integrated Cloud Solution ("ICS") consists of Accounting, Payroll, E-Commerce, Inventory etc. Each of the Cloud Software plays an important role in business operation. However, Malaysia SMEs are now lack of education about this piece of awareness and knowledge. we must understand well about them before we give our best Cloud Solution to our clients.
Your key roles as Digital Marketing Strategist:
- Together, we create a full-fledged Digital Marketing Plan/Campaigns for CALTRiX - Inclusive of content writing, brand storytelling, social media marketing, email marketing campaign, SEO for WordPress, short videos creation and many more. As long as it is effective!
- Design, build and maintain our social media presence our social media presence across all digital channels
- Design posters or marketing material using Canva Pro for digital marketing campaigns
- Plan, execute and measure experiments and conversion tests according to our awesome plan
- Collaborate with freelancers to complete the tasks (we do outsource marketing tasks to experts)
- Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies
- Set metrics to measure and report on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
- Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
- Be Tech-Savvy - to automate marketing processes with marketing tools like Canva Pro, Publer etc
- Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate
Align with our Vision, Mission and Connect people to the Cloud:
- To create strong and positive branding of CALTRiX
- To create awareness to SMEs and Start Up about Cloud Accounting through education
Shine Like A Star:
- Be our spokesperson. You would be given opportunities to represent CAKTRiX to speak in front of people about us.

- To keep yourself updated constantly with the latest Cloud Solutions and understand the features and impacts.
Job Requirements
We are looking for a new "youngetic" (young + energetic) team member to be with us in a long-term relationship. Your academic result is not our first priority to look into because we believe that a person with great personalities and attitude could bring us to more achievements and glory together.
Join us if you are a person of:
- Tech-savvy
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
- Self-motivated, a team player and result-oriented
- Great communication skills in English and Mandarin language. Great writing skills in English would be highly considered!
- A researcher, problem solver, detailed and organized person
- Best if you have Proven working experience in digital marketing. But creative fresh graduate is encouraged to apply too.
- Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns
- Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
- Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics)
- Best if you have BS/MS degree in marketing or a related field
