Job Description

• Oversee day-to-day task assignment and scheduling, negotiating and managing timelines and on-time delivery internal and external resources
• Support project team leads and department lead(s) and by coordinating, prioritizing, and scheduling resources to ensure tasks are complete and on schedule.
• Provide regular status updates to project team leads, and department lead(s)
• Facilitate cross-discipline and interdepartmental communication to complete tasks and resolve issues.
• Work closely with the Creative, Marketing, and Operations department leads to breakdown complex tasks into manageable sub-projects, track resources and tasks in the short-term as well as thinking long-term about the project.
• Deal with the changes in direction of a project in production due to client changes, requirement changes or other factors in a proactive manner and with a positive attitude.
• Evaluate and communicate risk or project traffic or management issues – positive or negative – to the project team and department leads
• Able to resolve ongoing project traffic or management issues in consultation with the project team lead or department leads
• Responsible for updating and maintaining the company’s project management system
• Prepare updates and reports for relevant traffic and project management results and performance
• Assist in providing solutions and improvements to improve traffic and project management procedures, processes or workflows

Job Requirements

• Proactive self-starter, but also a team player. Strong time management skills in a technically complex and fast paced work environment.
• Strong interpersonal, facilitation, strong oral and written communication, and project management skills a must. 
• Keeps cool under high pressure situations. Positive attitude and demeanor.
• Process knowledge, attention to detail, timely follow-up and strong organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize across multiple disciplines and have a keen understanding of project and business priorities.
• At least 2-5 years of experience as a Traffic Coordinator, Traffic Manager, Project Manager or Associate Project Manager in the field of advertising, creative or digital agency
