Job Description

• To assist in operations issues & monitoring staff
• To take responsibility on the performance of the outlet
• To be involved in all aspects of the operations and development of the brand & business and ensure all operating standards comply with company policies
• Review and audit order, returns, stock and outlet hygiene and safety
• To oversee and promote growth and meet financial objectives of the operation.
• To responsible for the production, procurement and planning of daily operations
• Work closely with Sales & Operation Manager
• Maintain an efficient and a smooth operation and work environment.
• To in charge in providing SOP training to the outlet staff

Job Requirements

1. Candidate must possess at least Diploma/ Bachelor’s Degree in any field
2. At least 3 years’ experience working in F&B industry with Coffee background
3. An ability to work in a fast-passed environment and good teamwork and participation attitude
4. Self-motivated, passionate and responsible.
5. Looking for Chinese candidate
