About The Job
- To assist in operations issues & monitoring staff
- To take responsibility on the performance of the outlet
- To be involved in all aspects of the operations and development of the brand & business and ensure all operating standards comply with company policies
- Review and audit order, returns, stock and outlet hygiene and safety
- To oversee and promote growth and meet financial objectives of the operation.
- To responsible for the production, procurement and planning of daily operations
- Work closely with Sales & Operation Manager
- Maintain an efficient and a smooth operation and work environment.
- To in charge in providing SOP training to the outlet staff
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma/ Bachelor’s Degree in any field
- At least 3 years’ experience working in F&B industry.
- An ability to work in a fast-passed environment and good teamwork and participation attitude
- Self-motivated, passionate and responsible.
