Job Description

• Lead Interior Design Projects from concept to completion
• Define and refine project brief
• Formulate innovative & creative concepts
• Project scheduling and monitoring
• Setting of design direction and parameters with the Design Director of our company for the projects assigned 
• Manage work progress at all stages
• Manage cost, time, quality and design of the project

Job Requirements

• At least 3 year(s) of working experience in project / Interior Design
• Candidate must possess at least Diploma or Degree in interior design or equivalent.
• Required skill(s): AutoCAD, 3D Sketchup, Adobe Photoshop, Lumion. Vray
• Minimum 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Candidate with design experience in commercial industry especially Restaurant and Cafe.
• Possess a good balance of design flair and sense of practicality.
• Confident, able to work independently and able to accomplish task within deadlines.
• Good knowledge in design detailing.
• Well knowledge in all aspects of Interior Design process, stages and work
• Highly responsible, committed and motivated
