About The Job
- Responsible for Key Account management and increase market share in various segments will be primary expectation.
- Build and maintain strong partnership with all clients in order to develop and sustain a professional customer relationship.
- Manage Key Accounts of the company in achieving the organization performance goals/target on existing accounts and developing new business.
- Frequent reporting management and customer forecasting.
- Identify customer needs, opportunities and requirements
- Effectively handle all customer complaints appropriately within the minimum time frame.
- Work with internal technical team and support team to ensure timely delivery and high quality of customer service level.
- Ensure timely collection of payments.
- To meet with clients in order to get their feedback of services offered
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Computer Science/Information Technology, Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
- Minimum 2 to 3 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Experience in FMCG industry is an added advantage
- Good interpersonal skills for effective communication at all levels, including with senior management, customers, business partners.
- Possess problem solving, presentation, business analysis skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills both written and oral
- Excellent English spoken and written, Chinese language is an added advantage
- Possess own transportation and willing to travel
