Job Description

Sales administrator are the key administrators providing the sales team with an important link between the company and it's clients, scope of work covered as below:
  1. Responsible in sales support & coordination duties.
  2. Liaise with suppliers to follow up & expedite sales order to ensure timely delivery.
  3. Arrange and coordinate goods delivery.
  4. Updating of sales database & sales order processing.
  5. Updating customer information.
  6. Other ad-hoc duties.

Job Requirements

  1. Minimum of 1-2 years relevant working experience.
  2. Excellent communication skills and are service minded.
  3. Office administrator who are ready to do sales are encouraged to apply.
  4. Bilingual, strong command of English and spoken Mandarin.
  5. Mature, proactive and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  6. Positive working attitude and willing to learn and take up new tasks as and when assigned.
  7. Able to start work immediately or within short notice.
