Job Description

• Plan, develop and execute sales strategies to meet organizational & business growth. 
• Solicit and market a range of software solutions to corporates / SME companies.
• Aggressively build networking and establish relationship with professionals and business owners to acquire new customer base including generate new leads from cold calling with a provided database or own source.
• To ensure that all the sales and marketing activities are carried out within the agreed achieving sales targets and within the agreed time frame.
• To develop presentation materials, delivery of presentations and creation of client specific solutions, concept papers and executive summaries.
• Work closely with Technical departments to coordinate client needs, resolve issues and ensure client satisfaction.
• To achieve sales KPI & sales target assigned by company
• With Branding, Marketing Agency with I.T, Web and Software Literate Experience are encouraged to apply.
• Must have strong organizational, supervisory and managerial skills, able to work under pressure and independently. 
• Must be self-motivated with strong inter-personal skills, good negotiation skills & able to operate effectively as a team player with excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to client needs.
• Proficient in English, Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia
• Resourceful and possess strong knowledge in IT products / services
• Motivated, goal-oriented. Willing to work under pressure and tight deadlines
• MUST Excellent communication and presentation skill
• possess own transport, willing to travel if required
• Attractive remuneration and entitlement of company profit sharing

Job Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma or Professional Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology/Business Studies/Administration/Management
• or proven working experience as sales representative in software selling, with at least 3-4 years’ experience is preferable.

• Managerial Level: At least 3-5 years work experiences in sales & marketing for IT Software, System Development & Integration Projects, Customisation Solutions, E-Commerce, Web and Mobile Apps.
• Minimum 2 years of managerial experiences.
• Executive Level: Fresh Graduates is welcomed, with or without experiences.
