Job Description

• To manage the operation of the outlet.
• Organizing, supervising and managing the staffs including training of the staff
• To manage customers' complaint.
• Ensure compliance with standards of service and operating procedures
• Acting as a link between Office and Restaurant Management Team.
• To implement effective restaurant administration, stock control, security and safety.
• Perform any other special task and project that has been assign to you by superior. 
• Welcoming customers.
• To ensure and adhere strict safety, hygiene and sanitation  of the kitchen and overall.
• Overseeing daily cash flow and make daily report to head office.
• To manage daily operations of the cafe independently
• To achieve high standard of the service level to customers.
• To execute and implement plans and instructions from the management effectively.

Job Requirements

• Candidate with at least 3 years of working experience in related target.
• Required language(s) : English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Preferable Managers specializing in Food Beverage Restaurant Services or equivalent.
• Positive attitude, Cheerful smile/Independent /Self-initiative/Good customer services.
• Preferable Malay
• 5 days works
