Job Description

We are hiring a Business Development Manager who is passionate about helping our clients with video marketing & video production. In this position, you will be responsible for pursuing sales opportunities and generating & closing leads.

You gotta be hard to ignore, clever at making offers and striking deals, fueled by success (and coffee, maybe), and will make SALES happen! You also have to be on your toes, exude warmth and trustworthiness; so much so that you don’t go looking for the sales, the sales come looking for you!

Job Requirements

Our Ideal Candidate should:

Have a minimum of 3 - 5 years of experience in the Sales , experience in working for a Production House or in the media industry. You’re also required to have extensive knowledge in sales, negotiation and communications.
A portfolio of clients you’ve worked with in the past and can generate your own leads.
Hellbent on closing sales deals and is obsessed with business development to genuinely grow for and with the company.
Can have fun, is a people-person and is result-oriented. Trustworthiness - you gotta have it!
Have exceptional written, verbal, phone and presentation skills and strong knowledge in computers .
Have a proven track record at exceeding monthly, quarterly or annual quota.
Good time management is a must.
Commissions will be paid on top of base salary.
