About The Job

  • Data entry to retailing and accounting software as assigned by HOD
  • Run month-end and year-end closing and reporting
  • Prepare monthly Bank Reconciliation
  • Process payroll and payment
  • Calculate and submit EPF & SOCSO
  • Maintain proper filing and documentation in timely manner
  • Summarise articles and presentation preparation
  • Provide administrative support in all aspect of office function
  • Perform any ad-hoc tasks as assigned from time to time

Job Requirements

  • Must possess at least a SPM/"O" Level/Diploma, Business Studies/Administration/Management/Finance/Accounting/Banking or equivalent
  • Required language(s): Mandarin, English and Bahasa Melayu
  • Required skill(s): MULTITASK, WORK INDEPENDENTLY, INITIATIVE, GOOD COMMUNICATION, Microsoft and Google doc/sheet
  • Able to work in Cheras Indah and Bangsar 
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
