Job Description
- Provide excellent explaination and resolve clarifications of our customers (Agents)
- Profesionally handle high volume of daily blasting to agents
- Managing on board agents information via our backend system
- Follow up agent's enquiries
- Plan & draft Electronic Direct Mail (EDM) on a regular basis
- Able to input in our monthly brainstorming marketing plan
Job Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least SPM/Diploma/Advanced/Higher
- Required Language(s): English, Chinese, Malay
- No work experience required
- It would be a plus if you have experiences in related departments or fields
