Job Description
- Check customer appointments daily.
- Prepare trolley (if got anything needed to refill) make sure all tools in place.
- Greet customer, consult, and advise customer on nail colour, style, and design before treatment.
- Self intro to customer (greet customer) and provide colour and design sample for customers to choose.
- Prepare and assist customers and make them feel comfortable. Entertain and serve customers nicely throughout the procedure.
- Explain nail aftercare after done treatment.
- Explain promo and product to customer.
Job Requirements
- Candidates must possess at least SPM/STPM/Diploma
- Applicants should be a Malaysian Citizen.
- Good command of spoken and written English.
- Strong listening and interpersonal skills.
- Applicants must be willing to work at USJ/Casa Tropicana.
