Job Description

• Communicating with clients and customers about their experiences with a product or service.
• Providing advice on purchasing products or services.
• Responding to client or customer questions about properly using or accessing a product or service.
• Listening to customer or client complaints or concerns and working to resolve their issues. 
• Updates customer data or other relevant information into the relevant systems accurately. 
• Maintaining a good calendar for scheduled appointment or meeting clients. 
• Identify the service gaps and gather customer feedbacks for improvement plan. 
• To perform any other tasks assigned by the management as and when required. 

Job Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least secondary SPM level. 
• Exposure to customer-oriented environment and /or call center experience. 
• Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services. 
• Knowledge of the structure and content of the English language including the meaning and spelling of words, rules of composition, and grammar. 
• Interested and good understand in product and service knowledge. 
• Willingness and desire to work in Beauty Industry.
