Job Description
- To perform facial, slimming, and treatment services according to standards set by the Company.
- Assist Doctor in clinical procedures and consultation.
- Prepare and ready treatment tools and consumable product before Doctor start treatment.
- Prepare of treatments rooms and maintains tidiness and cleanliness of clinic. Hygiene is very important.
- Ensure customer has and experience smooth treatment journey by providing good services from beginning till the end.
- Arrange and follow-up customer appointment.
- Follow up after service care call.
- Achieve monthly sales target.
- Professionally promote product and services.
- Handling customer request and enquires when necessary with a well manner and procedure.
- Perform daily inventory checking and update inventory reports.
- Perform daily sales settlement and update sales reports.
- Manage petty cash controls, claims and update reports daily.
- Assist in other ad-hoc Aesthetic matters as and when required by Manager and Doctor.
Job Requirements
- Experienced in X-Thetic will be an added advantage.
- Open for locals and foreigners.
- Good command of spoken and written English.
