Job Description

• Assist to coordinate on all documentations between client, contractors and developers for approval and submission. i.e. construction drawings, shop drawings, installation specifications, product specifications, as built drawings.
• Assist to coordination and monitor on all relevant inspection for all activities on site, preparation of inspection documents, details and conduct joint inspection with immediate superior and client representatives.
• Able to communicate and coordinate on all relevant issues with contractors.
• Able to record and monitor daily man power for all relevant trades.
• Able to study clash analysis of all relevant services and work out a complete practical coordinated design for implementation.
• Able to prepare documentation / correspondences on issue arising to relevant parties i.e. client, consultant, main contractor, utility service providers.
• Willing to work at Kuala Lumpur or Seremban, Negeri Sembilan . Please state preferred internship location.

Job Requirements

• Candidate must possess or currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Civil) or equivalent.
• Required skill(s): Valid CIDB Green Card.
