Job Description

To coordinate work detail in between Architectural, M&E and Structural
To arrange for Architectural trade work demonstrations/mock up for consultant's approvals
To ensure the construction drawing issued to contractor are coordinated properly prior to issuance
Ensure workers are using the latest drawing at the work site
To monitor work progress, record, report and ensure work quality as per QLASSIC requirement
To monitor and ensure sufficient material and logistics on site
To arrange for Architectural trade work demonstrations/mock up for consultant's approvals
QAQC monitoring and if mock-up is required, to ensure proper execution of works by the contractor is a necessity to ensure QAQC can be achieved
To ensure the works being carried out are as per the latest drawing and ensure the dimension are correctly set by the surveyors

Job Requirements

Candidate must have academic qualification of Diploma/Degree in Architecture or equivalent
At least 3 years relevant working experience in related field
Willing to work on shift (day/night shift)
Willing to be based at site
Willing to learn and be team player
