Job Description

• To coordinate work detail in between Architectural, M&E and Structural
• To arrange for Architectural trade work demonstrations/mock-up for consultant’s approvals.
• To ensure the Construction drawing issued to contractor are coordinated properly prior to issuance.
• Ensure the workers are using the latest drawing at the worksite.
• Able to do setting out, take level and determine the position and final finishes accordingly
• Knowledge on site activities and coordinate every trades of works requirements
• Able to inspect the floor level, height, position of wall during structural works
• Review the work progress on daily basis.
• Able to work under fast track project & tight schedule.
• To ensure project are completed on time with quality & within budget.
• Capable of working independently, good construction knowledge and coordination skill with contractor & direct labors.
• Able to handle direct workers with efficiently and improve productivity

Job Requirements

• Candidates must possess at least Diploma/Degree in Architectural or equivalent
• At least 3 years of working experience in construction or relevant field is required for this position 
• Willing to work on shift (day/night shift)
• Willing to learn, hardworking and a team player
• It will be advantage if you have knowledge on Qlassic requirements
