About The Job


  • Monitor, supervise, follow-up and give guidance to sites on operational, administrative and financial issue and update top management progress timely.
  • Proactive, efficient and effective management to achieve company’s KPI on collection charges, maintenance and management and customer satisfaction in compliance to company policy and procedures, houses rules, Strata Management Act 2013, Strata Management Regulation 2015, Strata Title Act 318 and other relevant by-laws.
  • Draft and approve necessary circular, notice, procedure (SOP) for site and train site staffs on company Quality Management System (QMS), company policies, building maintenance and management, Strata Management Act, Strata Management Regulation, ROS Act and Regulations, other relevant acts and statutory requirements.
  • Plan, organize, lead and attend schedule meetings with clients (Developer, JMB, MC, RA) or contractor regularly and attend top management meetings as and when required.
  • Ensure AGMs/EGMs are carried out timely for all relevant sites, inclusive of being the host of the AGM/EGM and ensure smooth operations for these meetings.
  • Liaision and advise client (Developer, JMB, MC, RA) owners and residents on building maintenance and management matters, house rules, Strata Management Act and Regulations, ROS Act and Regulation, complaint and feedback to ensure issues resolved systematically, timely and effectively.
  • Lead site to take appropriate action for debt recovery action, complaint management, continues improvements activities, supplier management and well plan maintenance work.
  • Manage and eliminate all risk related to operational matters, legal exposures, liabilities that may affect company image and client.
  • Review, comment, verify and approve on all necessary financial and administrative reports, correspondence when necessary.
  • To ensures the building (including any surrounding grounds) are well maintained, ensuring a safe and pleasant environment.
  • To work with tenants, the public, and contractors on a number of tasks, such as moveins maintenance issues, construction, and move-outs. To makes sure that the tenants and the manager's organization - follow the requirements of their contract.
  • To oversee tasks such as waste management, creating safety policies and procedures, and overseeing maintenance tasks (such as office cleaning, security etc).
  • To ensure the building remains safe and meets relevant safety laws and code

Job Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, in Business Administration, Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
  • At least 10 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Preferably Managers specializing in Property/Real Estate or equivalent.
  • Full-Time position(s) available.
