The Global Graduate Program provides a foundation for your functional, managerial skills and business awareness development.
It’s a 12-month fast-track to management with unprecedented international exposure that’s geared specifically for high-potential individuals, helping you develop a key appreciation of the role that a large part of our workforce undertakes. But that’s just the start; we want you to fully get to grips with the strategic nature of HR. After that, you’ll be well prepared for a career in any one of the following areas of HR: Business Partnering, Talent Acquisition, Reward, Performance & Learning or Organisational Effectiveness.

Job Requirements
If you...
- are a Malaysian National
- graduated with a Bachelor or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Commerce and Business, Psychology, Arts or any relatable discipline from a reputable University
- are a final year student, fresh graduate or a professional with maximum 2 years of relevant work experience
- have an excellent academic record with a minimum GPA of 3.2
- demonstrated strong leadership capabilities via extra-curricular activities
- exceptional communication skills, strong interpersonal, team building and negotiation skills
- energetic, resilient, self-motivated, result-driven, highly adaptable and able to work independently
