Job Description

Brighttail is a growing B2B marketing agency looking for a passionate Digital Marketing Specialist to join our world-class digital team. The ideal candidate will have strong copywriting and social media management skills, as well as excellent interpersonal and analytical skills.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to plan, implement, and monitor digital marketing campaigns across all digital networks for our portfolio of high-tech B2B clients. You should be a self-starter who is passionate about growing our clients' businesses, as well as your own career.

Responsibilities

Develop copy for social media and email marketing campaigns
Create compelling headlines and body copy that will capture the attention of the target audience
Plan and manage digital marketing campaigns, analyze important data and metrics, and prepare accurate reports on the client’s marketing campaign performance
Work with your team to brainstorm new and innovative growth strategies based on client goals

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or any relevant field
1 - 2 years’ experience in a digital marketing or advertising position
Proven content writing or copywriting experience, with strong English language skills
General understanding of social media platforms, email marketing, website analytics, SEO, best practices and paid advertising
Familiar with demand generation and lead generation tactics and strategies
Up-to-date on the latest trends and technologies in digital marketing
The ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple projects concurrently
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
A proactive, self-motivated team player who is committed to helping the company continue to grow and evolve
Experience in the B2B industry is appreciated, but not necessary
