Brighttail is a thriving B2B digital marketing agency looking for an experienced Account Manager to lead key agency accounts.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with exciting technology brands across B2B sectors (semiconductors, SaaS, robotics, and more). You will be responsible for interfacing with clients, account planning, creative briefing, budget and schedule management, and working closely with both internal and external teams to ensure successful projects and client engagements.
The ideal candidate is an enthusiastic collaborator, empathetic listener, and a strategic thinker who enjoys partnering with clients and internal teams to solve marketing and sales challenges. A minimum of 3 years agency experience is required.
Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of marketing projects for a variety of the agency's clients
- Work closely with agency leaders to ensure successful and timely planning, development, and implementation of project deliverables
- Serve as a lead project manager working with cross-functional teams across the areas of strategy, content marketing, website development, performance marketing, analytics/reporting, and creative design
- Responsible for accurate communication of client expectations and to ensure final delivery to the highest quality standards, on time, and within budget
- Act as primary client contact responsible for providing updates, manage day-to-day project elements, and collaborating with internal teams to provide solutions to project challenges as they occur
- Establish strong relationships with key client personnel, including in-house marketing teams and executive stakeholders
- Provide strategic account service and identify opportunities for organic growth with existing clients
- Lead the development and delivery of all materials and presentations for client meetings, including agendas, status updates, and PowerPoint presentations
Job Requirements
- At least 3 years of account management, client management, or related experience in an agency environment
- Advanced knowledge of, or ability to learn, digital marketing concepts
- Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence at all levels of the organization, including at the executive level
- Must have strong project management skills with the proven ability to multitask
- Strong attention to details and dedication to ensuring high-quality standards are met
- Must possess the skill to think and pivot fast on your feet, as well as a solid combination of tenacity and empathy
- Must have excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work autonomously and self-directed with confidence
- Plus: Experience working with high-tech B2B companies
- Big Plus: Familiarity with Agile methodologies and software (e.g., Jira)
