Job Description

Key Roles & Responsibilities:
  • Handles HR functions including recruitment, payroll, compensation & benefits, employee relations, attendance & leave management, training and development, staff welfare etc.
  • Assist and manage staff performance appraisal and salary review process.
  • Handles staff disciplinary matters.
  • Research, update and develop HR policies and procedures to improve efficiency, and to comply with the latest law and regulation.
  • Process necessary documentations and manage staff records.
  • Carry out administrative duties when necessary i.e. replenish stationery, office maintenance arrangement, maintaining proper filing system etc.
  • Organize company events i.e. Company Dinner, teambuilding event etc.
  • To perform any ad hoc tasks as and when required.

Job Requirements

Requirements:
  • Candidate must possess a Degree in Human Resource Management/Business Administration or any relevant business studies.
  • Preferably with 1-2 years of working experience, but fresh grad will also be considered.
  • Candidates with good knowledge of HR best practices, Employment Act 1955 and Industrial Relations Act 1967 will have added advantage.
  • Good knowledge and skill in MS Office i.e. Word, Excel, Power Point.
  • Highly organized, good in planning and able to work independently under minimum supervision.
  • Confident, self-motivated, enthusiastic, take initiative and a fast learner
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills; able to socialize well among different level of staff.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality at all time.
  • Pleasant personality and a good team player.
  • Good command of English and Mandarin.
  • Candidate must be Malaysian.
